Getting Started with Truelist

Ready to use Truelist as your AI-powered listing coordinator? Here are a few easy steps to get started.

And don’t worry, the coordinator will guide you through all these steps by phone and text - so all you have to do is play along.

We’re currently in early access, so you’ll want to apply here for an account. When you’re account is set up, you can: 

  • Call or text in at (827) 226-8783. We’ll know it’s you and guide you through the process of setting up your first listing. It can be a real listing or a sample listing.


  • We'll ask you for the listing date. If the listing is already live, we'll send you weekly seller update emails with traffic, stats, and market activity that you can edit and forward to the sellers.

  • If the listing date is in the future, we’ll ask if work on the home needs to wait until the sellers move out, and arrange the calendar accordingly if this is the case.

  • Let us know what work needs to be done on the home to get it ready to list. Feel free to add tasks that come after listing, too, like planned open houses, offer review dates, and more.

  • We’ll create a calendar with tentative dates. If you want us to reach out to any of your vendors to check availability and estimates, we’ll ask for contact info and send a group message to get the conversation started.

  • Are there things you need the sellers to take care of? Create seller tasks including optional deadlines. They’ll be able to check them off in their dashboard.

  • Team members you want the sellers to see here? Add their names, role, and contact info.

  • Consider uploading documents you want the sellers to have ready access to, whether completed or blank.

  • Ask for a link to the seller dashboard and we’ll text you one that you can preview and then forward along!

Your vendors and team members will remain on file for use in all of your future listings. No need to add anyone twice. We’re also happy to add folks for you - just send an email!
